Return Policy

We offer free returns on all products within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, you may call our customer service team Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST at 800-610-6720.

All products must be returned in original condition, including all components and accessories. Products that are damaged or missing components may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Habitech LED reserves the right to determine eligibility for returns and refunds.

Please note:

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

- For orders that qualified for free shipping, $19.99 will be deducted from the refund.

Warranty

Habitech LED provides a limited warranty to the origiinal purchaser, covering defectss in mamaterials p only.

Warranty terms vary by products and are listed on individual product pages, ranging from 1-5 years. If a product fails due to a covered defect within the warranty period, Habitech LED will replace the product at no charge.

This limited warranty:

- Applies only to the original purchaser

-Is non-transferable

-Applies to the original installation only

This warranty does not constitute a product guarantee beyond replacement of the defective item.

Shipping Policy

All orders over $499 qualify for free standard shipping within the lower 48 contiguous United States.*

For orders under $499, standard shipping rates apply:

- $9.99 for orders under $50
- $14.99 for orders $50 – $98.99
- $16.99 for orders $99 – $148.99
- $19.99 for orders $149 – $999

Orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS, depending on order contents and destination. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

All orders are subject to approval. Habitech LED reserves the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or correct pricing or typographical errors prior to shipment. If changes are required, you will be notified and given the option to proceed or cancel the order.

Expedited Shipping

Orders requiring 2-Day or Overnight Shipping must be placed before 4pm EST on business days. Expedited delivery times are calculated in business days only (overnight = next business day).
